"We stayed here for 4 nights, primarily choosing it for its fantastic location. It is within easy walking distance to the Amsterdam train station and served as a perfect starting point for our scheduled countryside tour. Our room was clean and spacious, and we really enjoyed the complimentary mid-afternoon tea and Stroopwafels—a lovely, welcoming touch. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The check-in process took significantly longer than expected, and the front desk staff lacked a welcoming, customer-focused attitude. Additionally, while the room was immaculate, the towels were pilling and could use an upgrade. Overall, it is a highly convenient place to stay with great perks, though the arrival experience could be smoother."

"There are mixed reviews for the Inntel Landmark however we found it to be very good. The city view room was fairly large, clean, with decent sized and comfortable twin beds. Overlooking the canal there was no noise. The room had a safe and small fridge with a good airy bathroom and lovely shower. Hotel amenities included a pool which we didn't see however the bar and restaurant seemed quite good and not expensive. The tram stop was about 8 minutes away and the only negative was the bumpy path which would present a problem in low light conditions for older people. The hotel does take a deposit for the room however it was returned quickly without any problems when we checked out (it appeared in my account the next day) All in all ...... Very pleased!"

"I stayed here for a week and I loved my time here! Genuinely wish I didn’t have to leave. You’re at Amsterdam Centra station within 15 minutes!!! Great location and amenities! The hotel was slightly confusing to get to at first, as you think you should head left when exiting the train station as that’s where it looks like more hotels are, but really you turn right and head towards an elevator, stairs & escalator! Head towards the bike parking garage if you’re confused!! Once you make it there you’ll see the hotel and walk down making your way thru a small park. Having a grocery store right across was so helpful and handy, as I enjoyed grabbing snacks and drinks to have in the very handy room fridge!!! The room had AC which was perfect for the heatwave happening. The tv was perfect. Shower was lovely and so were the shampoo & conditioner. Room cleaning was on the 3rd day and it was so nice to not have to worry about someone cleaning every day! Location was perfect, so easy to run up to the train and catch a train within minutes. Staff were so nice and helped me find my room and fix my keycards for me when they stopped one night. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!! Can’t wait to come back to Zaandam and the Zaan Hotel!!!"
