“The air conditioning had been broken for more than 2 weeks, the carpets in the hallways were filthy, and the drain in the shower smelled like there was a dead animal. They gave me a fan for my room and told me to keep the patio doors open. I am a woman traveling alone. I checked out after 4 hours and went to another hotel. The Hotel Santana-Amazing!!”

“Very nice property and relaxing pool. A welcoming relief from the touristy crowds in Arles.”

“Amazing hotel! Everything was well thought out and the staff were helpful and kind. The location is a minute from the beach. Oh and their breakfast is well rounded with lots of options. I’m a celiac, and they had a great bread option for me each morning.”

“Beautiful hotel! Staff were very helpful and recommended us some lovely restaurants. Pool area was well maintained and breakfast was fantastic.”

“Super netjes en behulpzaam personeel. Locatie fantastisch, vooral het bekijken van de bevoorrading van de Spar was een van de hoogtepunten van onze vakantie.”

“everything was great except the pool water was too cold and the pool did not provide drinks or food services (only self-served drinks)”

“Nice place with a view. Wonderful beach location. The restaurant was delicious and staff were lovely. I would stay again.”

“Every staff member we encountered were more than helpful and very very kind. We really appreciated the staff. Helen was great during our arrival and getting us settled in. The hotel is sooo cute, cozy, and clean. Absolutely recommend.”

“Ok”

“Établissement parfaitement bien entretenu avec un personnel très accueillant que ce soit à l’hôtel ou au restaurant Très bonne literie et oreillers Juste un petit bémol dans la salle de bain, la porte a galandage ne fermait pas bien et était de mauvaise qualité”
