We had to wait by the road after the whole day of driving. It didn't feel like arriving to 4stars hotel but a not well organised B@B. Initially, they gave us a room without a sea view, that we booked and the hotel was empty. Also, provided with an only key/card. The breakfast was outside of hotel in a bar. "Don't worry about the road condition (a bit pot holed and worn) or the slightly difficult to find hotel entrance, the stay was great. The room was large and immaculately clean. Though our limited Italian caused a few laughable glitches (or fault not the staff), the service could not have been better. The food was excellent and overly abundant. "Very luxurious castle type property-beds are great . We had two rooms on 2nd floor - which is really like a 3 rd - hefty walk - especially with sets of luggage . Pool was amazing - they forgot to open washroom by pool - oh well . Michelin wasn’t opened that day - sad - but bistro was adequate. Road in is in terrible shape . Overall a very chill place - great staff and rooms etc . It’s just designed more for events than “ actual “ guests I believe "

"There are a couple of areas where this property falls short. Firstly it advertises parking but there is no parking, you are taking your chances on a very busy downtown street. You get charged another 10 euro a day if you dare to use the air conditioning and it must be in cash. Half a small pottle of yogurt each for breakfast is a touch inadequate. However the rooms are clean, tiny but clean. "

"Great place to stay, especially for couples. The room is very pretty and well made. It's a one minute away from the pedestrian zone so it's very walk friendly! Located about 20 minutes from the old city. Close to a few good supermarkets too as an added bonus."

"When we arrived we were shown a room about 20 sq m. We had reserved an apartment room 55 sq m, with full kitchen. After showing them my reservation I was told the room wasn't available because they were under reservation. The whole front of the building is scaffolded and looks like it has been like this fir awhile. We had to find another place in the evening as we had food that would spoil. My advise.DO NOT STAY HERE. "

"Communication was horrible and did not live up to the bilingual standard. Plus they moved my family to another room last minute while my 7 month old was in a bath. Didn't even attempt to Whatsapp me. Nor did they respond fairly quickly when messaged through this app. They don't offer cleaning services as listed only the cleaning lady will do it as a favor but will charge you. Highly inconvenient over all. Was a beautiful place but lack of communication was so awful we decided to go stay...
