"10/10 recommend! It was the perfect place to stay for a beach vaca. 2 minutes from the best restaurants in NSB and Publix. 2 minute walk across the street to the beach. It’s close enough to Flagler if you want to get there, but far enough away if you want to avoid the foot traffic. There was no staff on site, but when our box did not have a key on arrival, they were super responsive and there in minutes to bring us a key. I was a bit worried when I pulled in because it’s got small motel vibes from the outside, but the inside was perfect. It was renovated and clean and very much felt like a small air bnb. There was a laundry room, but we never used it. I loved the little picnic area with charcoal grill. We grilled out one day. Perfect pool to hang out at if you need a break from the ocean or want to take an evening dip. No extra resort fees, parking fees, or any other hidden charges. I would absolutely stay again! "

"There was BLOOD ON THE MAIN LIGHT SWITCHES as shown in the photograph attached and time stamped at our arrival There was a baby cockroach!!!!!! Crawling on the floor as seen in the video. And saw many more crawling around?!?! There was SOMEONE ELSES PUBIC HAIR IN THE SHOWER?! As seen in the photo and BLOOD!!! On one of the towels. Someone’s rotten food under the fridge when you open then door. "

"Hotel was so unique and in perfect location. You can walk downtown or go to hotel restaurant on water with beautiful sunset. Our room was excellent. Very comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated, opened to pool. Staff was friendly and very helpful."

"Very clean room- with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! The decor was so fun! The owner was very nice. We were unable to stay for breakfast- but she was making Eggs Benedict that day. The location is great- so many shops and restaurants around and a short walk down to the beach!! She has beach supplies available for use by guests as well. We fell in love with this area, and definitely plan to come back again and stay at the Inn On The Avenue!!!"

"This place is a gem! We stayed 3 nights in a condo recently. It's the perfect walkable location to the beach and tons of bars and restaurants. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable! It was exactly what we needed. We can't wait to visit again!"
