We had a ‘comfort double’ room - mattress was firm and comfortable, bath room was small with minimal amenities. Breakfast was included and was served in a very nice dining area. Food quality did not match up with the nice surroundings though - scrambled eggs in particular were questionable. Location was excellent- an easy walk from Interlaken West station, even with bulky luggage."
