"This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again!     "The hotel gives you clean rooms, good beds and a central spot in Interlaken. You step out onto the platform of the station, which makes day trips simple. You reach the main shopping street in minutes. Rooms feel modern. Breakfast offers fresh bread, fruit and eggs. Staff keep things moving and refill items fast. You may notice some noise if your room faces the road. Ask for a higher floor if you want a quieter stay. We'd definitely stay again!"
