โThis is a โmust stay and relaxโ type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! โ
โThis is a unique hotel located inside a 12th century castle, staff was very nice and restaurant inside the hotel was amazing, we had dinner with great views and delicious food, breakfast was complimentary and very nice, we loved the overall experience โ

โI usually try to stay close to whatever transport hub Iโm using. But the were no rooms available in Interlaken, so I had to look further afield and happened upon a gem I would never have expected to find. Set on the mountain side with a view of Lake Thun and the Jungfrau mountains right there in front of your own private balcony. An amazing view. The room was compact but very clean. My only quibble was that bed had a footboard which is always a problem for tall people. The bus stop is right...
โThanks to the very warm welcome from the staff, I had a pleasant check-in experience. The property is conveniently located near Interlaken West Station, making it very easy to access public transportation. The facilities also appear to have been recently renovated, and everything was very clean and well-maintained.
If I visit Interlaken again, I will definitely stay here!โ
