"We love our stay in Salzano Hotel & Spa. It was very relaxing stay. Very charming chalet style hotel and spa. It’s not in the center Interlaken but from Interlake OST (east) and Interlaken West were the main train hub it Bus 21 takes you to Salzano Hotel. Spa only open till 9pm."

Interlaken is a very touristy town. Didn't seem to have much variety regarding food options. We took a day trip to Lucerne which was nice and convenient. Everyone was very friendly.

It's a nice small town. Very convenient transportation. The bus and rail fare are usually included with hotel stay. One unpleasant experience was some restaurant waiters can be discriminated.
