Great location just outside the main tourist area at a reasonable price. Room was comfortable and bathroom was updated. I did not have a car but there was ample parking onsite. Lots of dining options close by.

The rooms are small, but clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was walkable to Centre ville for shopping, dining, and lots of good wine.

Room is very small, barely have space for the luggage (we had a room with king size bed). Bathroom was updated with tile, shower small round size. Hallways were ugly with carpet on the flood. No good for family, backpacking and youngs maybe yes good hotel

If Best Western is going to acquire properties with which to cater to American tourists, then a) invest in an ice machine, b) make sure the vending machines are of suitable variety and WORK. This was not value for the money.

Notre nuit dans cet hôtel idéalement situé proche du centre de Beaune s'est bien passée. Nous étions à une dizaine de minutes à pieds de l'hôtel dieu, de la moutarderie Fallot et à deux pas de belles rues commercantes. Le parking est valable 24h, ce qui nous a permis de nous déplacer à pieds. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est varié et copieux. Les chambres sont plutôt mal insonorisées, nous avons subit les ronflements de notre voisin de chambre ! Nous sommes tombés sur une chambre (87) qui avait des mauvaises odeurs de canalisations. Sinon la chambre était propre et les lits confortables.

Impossible de rentrer dans la chambre qui nous a été allouée malgré 3 clefs différentes. Grosse perte de temps à l'arrivée après un long voyage en voiture. Changement de chambre. Peu de choix au petit déjeuner. Il a fallu réclamer pain et viennoiseries qui sont arrivées non cuites après 10 mn d'attente. Personnel pas particulièrement aimable.
