"Room was fairly well maintained and clean overall. Comfortors looked dingy and as if they needed a good deep clean. Our friends in another room had to call to get their linens replaced as there comforter was obviously soiled. The window curtains are sheer and the thicker outer curtains don't close all the way across-which is annoying if you get the bright lights from the parking lot shining in all night. Breakfast was minimal but adequate for a grab and go- bagels, muffins, waffle maker, cereal, yogurt, bananas/apples. We were in town for a soccer tournament so the room was fine for what we needed- decent price, close to a lot of restaurants and less than 10 minutes to the soccer complex."

"Our room was clean. Beds were comfortable to sit on, but horrible to sleep on. They felt so hard. I found a long hair in the tub that did not belong to any of us. Finally, the coffee maker was IN the bathroom sitting on the sink vanity right beside the toilet. Imagine all the toilet flushes & debris that floats….landing on the coffee packets & coffee machine. Needless to say, I chose no coffee. I didn’t even want to move it to use it - yuck! This hotel was nice & clean & floors were clean too. Overall it was a decent place to stay & I’d stay again if I needed to, but would look elsewhere first."

"Room was dirty., shower was not clean Bed and rug dirty Urine in the toilet . Asked for a refund told me I had to wait till Monday to speak to one .offered to upgrade room but we were exhausted and didn’t want to move everything . Pool and jacuzzi were closed most of the time we were there for maintenance after being told the jacuzzi WAS BRAND new. Left the keys on the counter because no one came when I rang the bell "
