“The rooms were poor especially from a person who has allergies. The spell of mold hits you when you open the door, mold by the air conditioner and on the curtains, the toilet seat was loose. However the staff was so accommodating and every understanding. They took care of me right away.”

“We didn't use the amenities so it's not fair for us to evaluate it, but had to put something down, so we put it in the middle. We were only there to sleep at night. The room was clean. The only reason we don't give it a 5 Star for cleanliness is because it smelled musty like it had been closed up for several days without air conditioning. We get that they don't want to run the AC all the time, but it should have at least been turned on and turned down the morning of our arrival.”

“Unfortunately, our room had several issues. There was a strong mildew smell. I couldn't pinpoint the source. AT first, I thought it might have been one of the air conditioners but later, I thought it may have been a symptom of one of the other issues. The refrigerator door did not seal and there was a large chunk of ice inside that was slowly melting and leaking onto the floor. They did replace the refrigerator when we let them know. The smell persisted but they said they couldn't move us...

“Room was ran down! Holes in the wall, sheets looked ragged. (2) TELEVISIONS ONE BROKEN AND ANOTHER PLACED INFRONT OF IT. THE BROKEN ONE STAYED LITE ALL NIGHT.. DOOR LOCL WAS BROKEN. THE HOUSE KEEPING STAFF WAS RUDE AND BOTHERED BY ASKING FOR TOWELS THAT WERENT STAINED. (WTH). COURT YARD LOOKS AS IF ITS OUT OF A PRISON MOVIE.. THE SECURITY GUARD WALKS AROUND WITH A (BASEBALL BAT) IN HAND.. (FOR REAL).”
