"Cleanliness of the property was good, and the meal options — particularly the evening Kickback — were a welcome addition. The staff was also very helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommend removing the wall-to-wall carpeting in guest rooms and replacing it with area rugs or hard-surface flooring to further enhance cleanliness standards. The carpet in the living room area of my room was stained, which unfortunately detracted from the overall impression of the space. I experienced a similar issue at another Drury Hotels property in Texas, where there was a noticeable stain on the bedroom carpet. Almost chose another hotel because of the full carpeting in the guest rooms. While the overall stay was pleasant, modern upgrades — including updated flooring, higher-grade towels, and improved soap dishes in the bathrooms — would go a long way toward enhancing the guest experience and encouraging repeat visits to Drury Hotels properties."

"Upon arrival at 8pm I was expecting my digital room key to be ready as I said I would be arriving at 7pm when actual check in could start at 3pm. The digital room key was no ready so I had to stop by the front desk where Tiffanie was working. She told me she had to check on the availability of rooms and told me to have a seat. I waited 15 minutes before going up to her again to ask how long this was going to take and she said she forgot about me. She then checked me in by switching me to another room than the one I selected on the Hilton app. We were staying with a handful of other people who also had the same issues upon arriving well past check in times. One of which I witnessed and it took him over 30 minutes to get his room key from the front desk clerk who was talking on the phone with someone for instructions while trying to assist him. I realized on day 2 that I forgot shaving cream and asked the front desk if they sold any. They supposedly had packets for guests but were currently out of stock. Breakfast was not anything special, average hotel breakfast. We stayed for two nights."

"Check in only one room available we had booked 3 rooms. They put us in one room til the other was ready by 6 pm. Very inconvenient unprofessional but quick to take your money . Next day at around 1am after graduation front desk woman was very rude unfriendly she made our stay that much worse due to walking in from parking lot with smell of weed all thru 5th floor. Breakfast was horrible microwaved food which I could have done in my room. Elevator dirty and smelly. Seems like they do not sanitize the place at all due to overwhelming smell of marijuana. Front desk needs to hire people with class and etiquette with friendly attitude. I wanted a refund for not having my rooms ready and making me pay for waiting but the front desk guy seemed like he was high and not know what he was doing. Pool and spa was very dirty. Only the cleaning guy was friendly he made the place smell clean when he was there and he gave us clean towels sheets with a friendly attitude which made us tolerate the rest of the stay. Front desk and breakfast staff they are not up to standards. Seems like the manager has no high standards for the price they charge. Not worth it and they don’t deserve the cleaning guy he is the one who made our stay better ."

"8010 W Broad Street, Country Inn & Suites, May 2026; Hotel is very run down. Elevator does not function properly and is a nuisance to deal with. Cracked glass between pool area and workout room. Had to ask at front desk for a pool towel and toilet paper for our room. All amenities were cheap quality, especially toilet paper, tissues, and small soaps, shampoo. Shower head had gap between the drywall, room curtains had holes, letting light in, bath towel was dirty/stained. Dirty carpets throughout hotel. Stairwell carpets, walls, door handles all need cleaned/replaced. Refrigerator in room was not cold upon arrival. Breakfast was just okay. Be sure to park near hotel. Neighboring business will tow you. Hotel locks their door from 11 pm until after breakfast (approximately 10 AM). Overpriced!"
