The hotel staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay, and we truly appreciated their warm hospitality.
The kids especially loved the hotel’s water slide and had a great time enjoying the pool facilities. We also found the location very convenient, with many useful amenities and facilities nearby. The surrounding area was clean, comfortable, and felt safe.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. If we visit Kelowna again, we would definitely stay here again!
