Worst issue was noise - noise on from downstairs and to be expected but the roads there were trucks all night long every 30seconds or so non stop. It was miserable I was awake from 1am to 6am and driving from Melbourne… heating was ok tv ok security ok ps we were in family room I suspect the rooms at back would be alot quieter "
