"The hotel is full of old people who are not happy at all to see younger families or people from other countries who do not understand German. Very grumpy people (including reception and restaurant/breakfast) and not polite. Do not smile, do not apologise or say thank you. Also, do not answer if you said thank you. They constantly stare at you and check all your moves. Is really creepy. That's a shame for this behaviour because the area is extraordinary. I've been told that children can't go in the pool before 2 afternoon and 4 afternoon, because there are people in the hotel with very stressful jobs who went there to relax . The food options are very limited and you need to sit at at certain tables for breakfast that they allocated you when you first checked in"

"Lovely location. The gentleman at reception was very talkative and welcoming. The pool was nice and warm. The food was wonderful at the restaurant. Our room was very large and the balcony was an added bonus. "
