The reception staff at this hotel were extremely unwelcoming, unfriendly, unhelpful and rude. Your first impressions were bad. Check-in process was unpleasant.
The rooms were bright and clean. There were no hot drinks (coffee or tea) in the rooms.
Breakfast was comprehensive. Small hot food section, cold meats and cheeses, fruit, cereals and bread rolls. On the busier weekend days, the staff struggled to keep up with bringing out enough food, so lots of empty plates at the serving station. The staff also struggled to clean and set tables during these days. Poor planning from the management.
Overall, I would not recommend this place. Such a shame.
