“Great facility with excellent staff. I arrived a bit early but they arranged the check in for me without any problem. Would highly recommend if you are visiting Makati area.”

“It was very clean”

“The staff was amazing to me as I visited my family in the Philippines, helping with with any request and arrangements. They also upgraded my room which was very appreciated. I will be going back regularly to visit my family and will be happy to stay at the Jazz Towers again. Beautiful views of the city, great location with everything a person needs in the Jazz Towers complex and associated shopping mall including a supermarket and great restaurants such as the Viking Buffet and Dumpling...

“Service was great, but the facility is quite old. There were a few problems with the room: tv and stove, lights, etc. that needed repairs. But as I noticed the issues, they sent someone right away to fix them. It's quite common for the photos of a hotel to misrepresent the actual quality and condition of the rooms. No exception here. But, the room was comfortable and reasonable. Service was good. ”

“Very run down. Sheets has stains. Towels were the cheapest towels you find at the palinki store 5 yrs ago. Rooms are big though. The desk were so old the skin was lifting off on its own.”
