"The staff was great in the hotel was quite nice but I did get hospitalized and quite sick while in Manila. The most likely cause thing I think that may have been ice cubes from the juice drinks at the buffet in the morning."

"Great view from the room and pool. The sunset across the water is amazing. Very helpful staff and good restaurants and room service. Spa is also an experience not to miss. Definitely recommend it!"

"Overall a 2 star experience. DO NOT rely on the staff and DO NOT take anything they say seriously. I went back and forth with them a few times about water and toiletries. Expect to buy toiletries and water for yourself, do not rely on staff to get it in a reasonable timeframe. The establishment is much nicer compared to the people working there. Firstly, (not their fault entirely), I booked transportation to the hotel but had to get my own taxi. This is the real kicker, I wanted to trade the transportation for another free water jug, $28 transportation for a 5 gallon jug of water is a very good trade off. I thought I was simplifying things but instead was met with silence and false promises. I do not recommend ordering anything for the room, just go buy necessities from local stores to save you a headache. It can take 2-3 business days for you to receive what you asked for."

"The lobby was grand but the room was dated despite it being a grand room (which was a VIP upgrade) but no different from the original room booked. Excellent breakfast selections and all the fresh coconut water you can drink. The seafood buffet was great too. "

"The room, including the bad had bugs. The staff was really unhelpful. The TV and the Internet did not work.The location is somewhat decent to excursions in Manila. The location is also very sketchy and would not recommend going out at night."
