"Great hotel on the Bay in what I would call the downtown area. For the unaware, be advised that downtown is not the nicest part of the city, though. Too many touts on the street wanting to steer me to certain bars and activities. I just don’t enjoy being asked constantly “where you from, where you go, what you looking for?”."

"Room was clean, and was complete with all the things I needed during my stay. Its location was very nice as well, its close to a mall. The staff were courteous. They never failed to ask me what I need in the room especially the housekeeping guys. It was a pleasant stay all in all."

My room was spotless, the bed comfortable, and everything—from the air conditioning to the shower—worked perfectly. The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful at all times. Check-in and check-out were fast and uncomplicated, and the security team gave me a very reassuring feeling during my entire stay. The location is also great: central, easy to find transportation, and surrounded by shops and restaurants.
