"Amazing hotel! It was beautiful and so comfortable. The gym and pool were excellent and the pool bar had a great vibe and looked stunning. The location was perfect, you’re close to everything, it’s very easy to get around or grab rides. Definitely will stay again when I come back to Manila and will be recommending it!"

"I’ve stayed at the New World for many years. It is welcoming and reliably clean. The staff is always friendly and amenable. I will say as a frequent quest the facility is starting to show its age. I notice stains more often, minor damage to furniture and cabinets as well as tile work and grout starting to falter. The breakfast buffet remains top notch."

"Clean room. Complete appliances. Microwave isn't working but it's okay because they have induction and cookingware. Nice View and I love the bathroom heater and washing machine with air dryer. Thank you"

"We had a major incident involving the food service. Something that has never happened to me before. What matters is their response to my concerns which was excellent. Three different managers and several other staff took ownership of the issue. I'm hopeful that it won't repeat. We have extensive business dealings with that particular property, and I sincerely hope they continue to work to address the quality assurance levels, staff training and overall food handling processes. Their rating would've been infinitely worse had they not been forthcoming and willing to engage the issues head on. "
