"Overall, I was very satisfied. The staff were incredibly kind to us. the minibar was decent, and the room cleaning service was excellent. my flight was delayed, so I arrived in Manila late, but thanks to them checking my flight schedule, I made it to the hotel comfortably. Although the flowers I had requested on the bed prior to my booking weren't there, the room was upgraded, and I was able to relax comfortably for a week (of course, I paid an extra fee). The room service was great, and the signature massage was fantastic. If I get the chance, I would love to visit again."
