Rooms as fairly small and often look different from what you booked online so be mindful when booking this hotel. Told by reception that the main difference between the rooms will be the room size rather than the actual layout of what you see on advertised photos. Otherwise location is good, lots of 24/7 shops/restaurant around which is convenient.

small room but it is close to Greenbelt & Ayala triangle is walking distance. The room is small i think enough for 1 or 2 persons. I can’t sleep well in the middle of the night because i heard some noise from the other room. Nice smell at the lobby, elevator. There’s a bakery shop & Dean de luca cafe & Japanese restaurant at the lobby. I like the hotel because of affordable price & close for my to the places i go to makati it’s my 3rd time to stay here & will be back again. Thank you.
