The room and facility were well maintained. The staff was extremely gracious and very helpful. Although I didn't personally use the amenities (pool/parking/etc.), I was aware they were available. A convenience store, bank and restaurant in neighboring buildings. Even more awesome is the Legaspi Sunday Market just a 3 minute walk down the street. I'm a returning customer to the KL Residences and would highly recommend for your next stay.

The room was very clean but the sliding bathroom door in the bedroom was stuck and would not slide to close. I found this out in the evening, so I did not even bother to notify the staff. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful.
