"My family had an amazing and enjoyable stayed at this hotel. The staffs were very professional, friendly and kind.
The buffet price is reasonable as everything was excellent.
It's likely that we may book our vacation again at this hotel in the near future."

"The hotel had friendly staff who were very accommodating considering I arrived at 1:30 am from not being able to find my previous booking.
It included a great breakfast - would highly recommend and the price was very reasonable."

"Had a lovely stay here with my husband for our honeymoon. Was given complimentary upgrade to executive suite. Definetly recommend to stay here when visiting Manila!"
"Overall, I had a good experience during my stay at Malate Bayview Hotel. The living room and bedroom areas were very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. A special mention to Mel, who was very responsive and helpful throughout – great customer service!
However, the bathroom could use some improvement. It was a bit slippery and not as clean as the rest of the unit. Addressing this would definitely enhance the overall experience.
Still, I appreciated the hospitality and the cleanliness of the main areas. With a few adjustments, it could be even better."
"An unforgettable stay.
Myself and my wife were only there for two nights, so we did not get to experience all that it has to offer, but what we did experience was excellent.
The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is very good. Our room was comfortable and quiet, and we had a great view of the city.
The grand foyer made such a big impression on me that I could not help but to stop and record a video of it.
On top of this, out of the three top hotels we have stayed at in Makati, The Peninsula offered the best value for the price per night.
We will be back again for our next stay in Makati."
"I paid online before I arrived. I was not allowed to enter my room because they said I had to pay cash at the front desk. The police were present and I explained to them that I had already paid through hotels.com and they call the owner of the apartment and the girl that booked me online in WhatsApp And they agreed to let me have the key, but I had to pay in cash and the police were present and I’m in a foreign country and I’m afraid they may throw me in jail so I paid in cash so I am not pleased with this at all. I never found out they wanted me to pay in cash until After I had already booked. It’s a 27 hour flight and I was tired and I had jet lag it was a terrible experience at the residency Inn booked through hotels.com and Expedia I tried to call in contact hotels.com and Expedia and I was never able to get anyone"
