"The bed was as hard as a rock, they had signs up saying they would fine you for all sorts of things, hanging laundry, cooking food that smelled, taking a chair on the balcony, smoking outside. There were bugs everywhere, even in the towels. Do not stay here"

"The room has cockroach, when we report it to the owner, it seems like she was blaming us for having it. Room is too small."

"Uneducated service, they need to go back to Spanish. Because they can't speak English or understand. They need more education on how to service their customers. On a 1 to 10 scale maybe a one or less. New management needed. "
