I liked my 2 night stay because first of all the service was my favorite part! the staff were PROFESSIONAL and very kind and Hospitable. This is what I look for Customer Service Hospitality. From The front desk Vyrone, the bellmen, The Host Shan from the Resto and the Manager not sure if Mark is the name but they were amazing!Handled our issue really well with the food. Overall it was a great stay and will definitely stay again! Live Music was AMAZING! cant wait to come back and stay at Heritage Hotel Again! We supposed to stayed for 2 days and ended up staying for 3. The staff at the front desk was able to upgrade our room for a family room. The room is well maintained and the staff responded to all my request as fast as they could. They are very polite and helpful to their guests.

Great location near MOA, not much in walking distance. It seemed a bit out dated for the price. I ended up upgrading to larger room because first room seemed musky ...maybe mold or old carpet bad ventilation in bathrooms I enjoyed my stay but will stay in newer hotel next trip to Manila. Staff was exceptional, all requestes taken care of promptly
