"Looked like we were staying in some guys apartment. One of the towels had a booger on it. Thankfully we found the extra towels and sheets…. AC worked but took a while to cool the place down. We literally just stayed for a layover but next time I’m spending the extra money and staying in a hotel. It made my wife unhappy. "

"Toilet leaked in bathroom due to not being fastened to floor, charged 500p for early storage in one room waiting for two other rooms to be cleaned and receiving both rooms two hours late with still no tv nor internet. I guess you get what you pay for."

"I really liked this place as it was nice and clean and affordable. Now i did wish i new it wasn't the best as a foreigner to walk around outside much, so if your looking to do so maybe consider closer to MOA but if you don't mind taking a grab to go places when you leave this place is definitely in the budget. "

"From the moment I arrived, the Savoy Hotel Manila exceeded all expectations. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. Every team member I encountered, from reception to housekeeping, was courteous, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. The room was modern, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed with cozy furnishings and all the amenities one could need. I especially appreciated the quiet ambiance, perfect for both relaxation and productivity. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable throughout my stay. The hotel’s location near the airport is a major plus, especially for travelers. Despite its proximity to busy areas, the hotel itself felt like a calm oasis in the city. I also loved the breakfast buffet, plenty of delicious options with both local and international dishes, served fresh daily. Savoy Hotel Manila strikes the perfect balance between luxury and convenience. "Welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Check in was a breeze. Beautiful spacious room with plenty of space for relaxing. Wonderful accommodations. Free shuttle to departure area. Good variety at buffet, comforts of home and local food. Would choose to stay here over the Sheraton where we stayed a week prior to our one night at this property. We attended a wedding here and it was fabulous! "
