The police were present and I explained to them that I had already paid through hotels.com and they call the owner of the apartment and the girl that booked me online in WhatsApp And they agreed to let me have the key, but I had to pay in cash and the police were present and I’m in a foreign country and I’m afraid they may throw me in jail so I paid in cash so I am not pleased with this at all. I never found out they wanted me to pay in cash until After I had already booked. "This condo is very beautiful and clean. The beds are comfortable and have high quality linens. I was able to cook in the unit, which was fully furnished with basic cooking items, and there is a little store downstairs for supplies. The location was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't have any problem with the reservation. We had to provide our IDs ahead of time so that the building would allow us in. The building is very strict about admission, so make sure you declare exactly who is in your party ahead of time."
