"An absolutely stunning place right on the ocean with your own private little beach and private pool. The host was absolutely lovely and did everything to ensure our stay was great. "Terrible value for the exorbitant price. We paid premium prices for this property! Customer service is non-existent, no aircon in the living room, none of the fans work, they don’t change sheets and towels daily, they don’t respond to complaints and are very defensive to feedback. There is not even coffee, tea or milk in the kitchen, not even sugar, salt and pepper! Worst ever stay for the kind of money we paid. We regret staying in this place. Just do yourselves a favor and avoid this place...

"Where to start? Alain & Marie were excellent answering all questions before our arrival organising including airport transfers and hire car (essential to get round). "The most amazing hotel we have both stayed in. The views and location are incredible.. the ocean view rooms are stunning, spacious with large balconies. The food was amazing.. even the buffet was great. We ate at each restaurant once and loved every one. The staff are absolutely outstanding. The most respectful, helpful and friendly people.. nothing was too much effort for them. We had the privilege of dining at ocean vista one evening where we got engaged… the sommelier allowed my fiancé to open the champagne with a sabre and gave us the cork as a memento. The only slight negative we have… when we checked in they noticed it was my birthday while we were there and said they would decorate the room and asked what flavour cake we wanted… unfortunately neither of these things happened which we were disappointed with. Overall an incredible stay and we will 100% be back!"
