There was no staff on the premise . The coffee was never replenished , house keeping was by request . No Ice . I had to go to another location to even check in . These things were not mentioned when I reserved my room for three nights .

I lived in Freedom ME in 1975-77 & it wasn't much to write home about. Now it's a great place to go...galleries, restaurants, bakeries, shops, it's very cool & beautiful. Lots of interesting architecture & right on the ocean.

Just a fun little town to walk thru and around. Pretty harbor and a rail trail ifnyou wish for a longer walk. Very ecletic town and shops.
