"Very friendly"

"The hotel staff constantly tried to get more money from me. Saying things weren’t paid. I was in a rush and had to walk all the back up to my hotel room to get parking receipt as it wasn’t on the system. If I didn’t have the receipt I would of had to pay again. They also tried to get payment twice for the stay. The hotel is lovely with a short walk to the beach. They seem to be in the middle of a refurb the bed was massive with brand new mattress with and excellent monsoon shower. Eating areas...

"Pros: good breakfast, friendly staff and generally clean Cons: no airconditioning and too hot, even with windows open plus excessive street noise. Fridge in room not working No glasses or china cups provided, only disposable items, poor quality for 4* hotel and not eco friendly. Half used toilet roll - not acceptable Broken USB port, broken door handle to Juliette balcony. TV had been wall mounted directly in front of a picture - why?? Towels very small and poor quality"

"Nice hotel right on the boardwalk and beach. Beautiful rooms facing the water with balcony. Pricey but great view. Nice

area, with some times dedicated just to adults. Minibar with nice drinks as well. Breakfast included, good options but not great quality. But breakfast is not why to stay at this hotel. Helpful staff. "

"Beautiful hotel within short driving distance of Brugge. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment it was clean, comfortable and spacious. The pools are really nice too. Only complaint is the lack of kitchen amenities (which is mainly my fault for not reading the description more closely). There's a small fridge and a microwave, that's it. If you're aware and plan accordingly, you can still have a cold breakfast in your room, so it becomes a non-issue."

"The hotel is splendid and the staff is kind and friendly. The hotel is in front of the beach and the view from the room was spectacular. Breakfast was delicious and generous. We enjoyed our time in there and recommend it for everyone."
