Friendly and good location

Good hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast very varied. Didn't realise until we were there that the restaurant was not open for evening meals, luckily there a couple of places to eat opposite the hotel. Very spacious room, lots of storage and great having a coffee machine. Had a bit of a problem with the pillows not very comfy, but only there for 2 nights. Our room 801 was a bit dark as in the corner of the building. Hotel in a good location for town, beach and tram

Misleading. The room was small, but fine. The breakfast was very good. Our only complaint, however a big one, is that we chose this hotel because it advertised an indoor swimming pool. What they didn’t mention was that not only was it not included with the price, but the cost is 70€ PER HOUR! We were very disappointed for that reason. If we had known, we would have chosen one of the many other hotels in the area.

Very disappointed

Absolutely not worth the price. The staff is very cold (not a hello or good morning). When we arrived the room was full of hairs, we had to request to re-clean the room. I would give it a 3-stars maximum. Our room was next to the lift and we could hear it strongly through the walls. Breakfast very average. Easy access to the sea.

Comfortable place to stay the night.

Our stay at Casinohotel was great. We were in koksidje for a bike race and stayed the night. The soaker tub and breakfast spread were definitely highlights. The room was also quite large for a European hotel.

Pour 250 €. Nous avons eu une chambre au rez-de-chaussée très bruyante côté couloir et côté rue à partir de 6h du matin par des livraisons incessantes, surtout que la climatisation était défectueuse et que nous étions obligés de garder la fenêtre ouverte. Doivent faire un effort pour satisfaire le client, surtout à ce prix là

Great Hotel near the beach

Mainio sijainti, erinomainen ja ystävällinen palvelu! Vain muutama pieni puute: huoneessa oli kahvikapseleita muttei konetta, pyyhkeet vaihdettiin vaikkei olisi tarvinnut, kylpylässä vähän liian kuumaa. Mutta ravintolassa erinomainen ruoka ja superpalvelu.

On a eu la dernière chambre possible, au rez-de-chaussée, à côté de l'ascenseur, plein de coins. Le petit déjeuné du dimanche était passable, il y avait encore plein de gens les jours d’après, le choix des aliments a diminué. La relation qualité prix est mauvaise.
