"It's a typical all inclusive hotel with good amenities, clean rooms and excellent food options. But the most amazed me was the staff that I felt like I'm at home and very comfortable. I was here for Russian Singer Hanna concert and it was a good entertainment option too. Also I stayed in Terrace Suite with amazing view and everything was spotless. "We stayed in the resort for the first time with family for a week. Overall the staff is very polite and their service is excellent. The bedroom is very nice but some appliance can do updating. Food is excellent and the Italian a la cart is the best and we go there pretty much every day and no booking needed. The pool and the beach is nice and it's cleaned every evening by staff. We would definitely return to this resort with our any problems."

"Beautiful hotel room can’t fault it. Spectacular, clean, jacuzzi worked well, spacious, lovely balcony. Limited choice with breakfast, food is cold so honestly only ate breakfast once the whole trip wasn't appealing to wake up for it. If you are a gym goer the gym is disappointing. First time i went gym floor was flooded in a corner. Very very limited equipment and space. They have potential to expand the gym as the lobby with bar is barely used its just empty. Need more modern gym equipment. Gym opens from 10am - ideally should be open from morning before people eat breakfast if they wish to. Spa services were splendid. Hammam experience was worth the money for sure. Cleaner was super sweet her name began with a ‘K’ I’ve forgotten but she was lovely and such a beautiful personality. Pool is great would be helpful to have more sunbeds as a lot of them were kept by people staying on the ground floor. Ubers are pricey going to town but I expected this anyway. I prefer this hotel being 20mins from the airport that being closer to town. Overall its a decent stay. One thing I noticed is a lot of the guests did the turkish version of uber eats or brought food back to the hotel. There was then a sign at the entrance asking guests not to bring food back which is ludicrous you can’t tell guests what to do when it comes to their nutrition and expect them to eat at a hotel 24/7 especially when the food is not up to par."

"Perfectly located by the airport and the taxi pick-up service is an excellent addition. The hotel is very well maintained and the pool area is stunning. Room was fantastic - spacious, good amenities, lovely views over the pool. Albeit it so close to the airport, it is deceptively calm. Breakfast was great too - plenty of delicious options, clean and comfortable. We would recommend and stay again"

"The hotel was very nice. Clean rooms and loads of space. A lot of the staff didn't speak English, but very respectful and willing to help with questions. Some of the other patrons were rude. They did not want to wait in line for food or service. There were plenty of options for meals. I found the buffet to have a lot of good choices. I especially liked the fried chicken at the outside buffet by the pool. The Irish bar had top shelf liquor that they made their specialty drinks with or you could request your own concoction. Plenty of bottled water everywhere. The beach was an 8 min walk. They had a service to take/return that ran every 15 min. The beach was clean with plenty of lounges. There was even a cantina that you could get burgers, hotdogs, french fries, fruit and ice cream bars. No alcohol is served at the beach. The pool area is large. There's a bunch of water slides, kiddie area, adult pool, loads of lounges. Some of the tiles where the water is collected are in need of repair. Overall, really enjoyed the stay."
