"This was a great place to stay for a couple nights. All the staff were friendly and helpful. It was quiet and safe, and sparkling clean. Our small room had a private deck with a gorgeous view over the countryside. We walked everywhere. The Melzi botanical gardens and historic lakeside villa, were our favorites - beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. We also enjoyed the two ancient churches in town. "We had the a perfect view of Lake Como from our room which was absolutely incredible. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Many lovely restaurants nearby, and the hotel is literally right in front of the boat terminal so very walkable. Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit!"

"Our room was beautiful - looking out at the lake was a great way to relax at night. The bathroom was great - clean with a great shower. There is no elevator, but the stairs are pretty easy to maneuver. I read some of the reviews that seemed pretty negative, but that was absolutely not the impression I got. Clean, Beautiful view, nice staff, and close to all the hiking trails."

The Melzi botanical gardens and historic lakeside villa, were our favorites - beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. We also enjoyed the two ancient churches in town. Bellagio was crowded with people so we were glad the property is up the hill away from it all, but still within easy walking distance. And for the safe parking outside the front door!
