Nice stay!

We had a great experience at Locanda Della Maria. Laura and Giovanni were hospitable and friendly. We had the room in the top floor which was spacious and quiet. Parking was easy and the surrounding area quiet and pretty.

Everything was fabulous at Locanda Della Maria The room was spacious with extra pillows and washcloths Weather was against us but we made the most of it Breakfast was delicious and the staff are so welcoming and helpful Laura helped us to maneuver the ferry and how to get to Lugano Switzerland due to Como being flooded and even offered to drive us Did not realize the hotel was 20 minutes walking from the ferry port but we managed Taxis and uber are expensive but there is a bus

Gorgeous guesthouse!

A beautiful guesthouse, super clean, comfy bed, spacious room with a delicious breakfast served each morning. About a 20 walk down into the town center, highly recommend!!

The location is quiet. There is a ferry location about 150 yards from the hotel and you don’t have to deal with the crowds in Bellagio. Room was clean and the breakfast was great. To get to our room there were 2 flights of steps. Bellagio is about a mile walk from the hotel. Nice quiet location

Very nice bed and breakfast - room was large with full bath included, had A/C, great breakfast. about a 1 1/2 mile trek into Bellagio, but not a bad walk at all. Very happy with our stay at alocanda della Maria

The staff went far and beyond to provide the best services and assistance. Laura gave us very detailed instructions on how to get around the area. Their rooms are very cute and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Laura even arranged an earlier breakfast for us, so we could catch the early bus/ferry. We really appreciated their assistance and will come back soon. The location is great, just 2 minutes to San Giovani ferry and 5 minutes from bus station.

This was a great, quiet and well appointed apartment. It is about a mile away from the hub of Bellagio, but walkable and a very short drive with lots of parking. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. Very close to the lake too!

I can't say enough about this property and the women that run it. It's clean and a close location to Bellagio, but when we got off at the wrong bus stop in pouring rain, Laura arranged for a coworker to come pick us up and bring us to the hotel. She also gave us a ride into Bellagio and helped to get our boat tour to be re-arranged. Amazing! Our room had a fantastic view and the breakfast was the best of our entire week in Europe. Five stars all the way for this place and the amazing Laura.

We had the best time at this cute BNB. The daily buffet breakfast was a great way to start the day. The place was impeccably clean. It is located close to the biggest/best beach in all of Bellagio.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean, nice and quiet and the ferry on the lake stopped there. The price was good. I recommend this for a couple who wants a nice quiet vacation.

This was a wonderful quaint place by the lake. There is walking up the stairs, but very doable for most of us. Nice little walk down to the lake very good restaurant on the same block. It is in a tucked away street so it is very safe and quiet, but we did walk to And from Bellagio uphill so be ready
