“The property was lovely and so nice to stay so close to the lake but also be a 2 minute walk removed from the lake walk. The hotel staff were very helpful and let us check out the evening before so we did not need to rush the morning of our departure to return the keys. ”

Every morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the balcony with views of the lake. You have to walk roughly 4 to 5 minutes down to a carpark where you can catch a small train to Bellagio town centre. I would recommend this property to anyone. We found it wonderful. ”

“Résidence très charmante au sein d'une petite cour au calme. Localisation idéale si l'on est équipé d'une voiture. Le complexe dispose aussi d'un magnifique jardin, parfait pour l'été. Petit bémol concernant notre cuisine qui pourrait être mieux équipée (pas de sel, poivre ou huile, et peu de vaisselle), et l'isolation qui n'est pas parfaite. ”

“The photo in the picture if the pool is not part of the hotel. It is a communal pool 500metres from the hotel which also is of extra cost. I complained to hotels.com about it because we booked the hotel simply for the pool, which it doesn't have, yet the picture is still there. Very misleading. Parking costs €5 overnight. Good location for wandering around the town. In fairness, the bed was comfortable and room was clean, but was very dated. ”

“Without overstating it, I can say that I have never stayed at a hotel or other short-term rental with better service, both leading up to the stay and during it. The communication and the assistance, including the level of depth and detail of each, simply could not have been better (our principal point of contact was Francesca, who embodied the concept of "going the extra mile"). In fact, based on this along, I would consider staying no place else during return trips to Bellagio. Just truly...

“Staff was great in communication and even met me at the property to check in and show me around. Amenities were good. Tub/shower is charming, but deep. Grab bar could be helpful, especially for older guests. Convenient location. Would recommend.”
