“Great and helpful staff.”

“The room is fine and AC works great but there is a very limited continental breakfast. There was one morning where the staff member working the breakfast area was putting more bread/bagels in the container using her bare hands with no gloves/tongs which kind of grossed us out just because we didn’t know how clean her hands have been. “Good”

“Very clean, quiet, and cozy accommodation. Especially, the accommodation is quite large, and the view of the pond and fountain in front of the balcony is good. The interior looks a little old but comfortable, convenient, and clean. The entire resort is private, and the pool and Jacuzzi are also clean. Employees are very kind and thoughtful, especially the front desk. Would stay again!”

“Pool areas and lazy river are great”

“No me gustó la entrada al apartamento”

“When we checked in Miss Shelly at the desk was very friendly and helpful. She was great with my young son. We had a small issue with our room and they immediately moved us to a new room and were apologetic. Breakfast was decent enough and we went both mornings we were there. Close by to family fun activities, restaurants, and the beach. We feel we got what we paid for with this hotel.”
