The hotel was a great surprised to us because we had never been here before. The setting is unbelievably gorgeous overlooking the Alps and the staff was very kind and very helpful. We enjoyed it gourmet meal and extensive breakfast.

We had a great stay. Breakfast was amazing. Dinner (fine dining) was excellent too. The front desk staff were extremely helpful. Highly recommend if you are looking for peace and quiet. Very nice change of pace compared to busy Venice.

In its heyday this must have been a wonderful hotel to stay at and it’s still really good although a little tired. My room was large, clean, and had everything I needed plus a great view. There’s an underground car park where I was able to securely park my motorcycle for the night. Unfortunately, the restaurant is closed on Sundays so I wasn’t able to sample that. However, the bar food that was available was fine. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely with a good choice and fresh coffee brought to your table. All the staff were very helpful and made me feel welcome.

Extremely Clean property. The room was immaculate. Great Mountain View’s. The front desk staff where very helpful. Nikki went above and beyond to explain the surrounding area. Offering insights on hiking trails, Wines, food etc. Making sure we had everything we needed.
