โTo the Gems - who swap my dirty for clean & buffer my door with a keen sense of security, a considerate msg about room service disguising a subtle & kind nudge to remind me to eat; & help with the laundry room, & answers to my vague enquiries... yet they never make me feel silly - just in general each & every one of the ladies on staff at the motel make Warners at the Bay such a pleasant experience to come & go from... Their duty of care goes beyond perfunctory pleasantries, with genuine warmth...
โIt was excellent value for money staff very friendly and accommodating . rooms and facilities very clean ,slight road noise but unexpected with the major roadworks thruout Newcastle .
