Not a 4 star hotel. Needs a good paint to tidy it up. Looks tired. Food was ok a little repetitive. All inclusive drinks were definitely weak. Had to queue for the bar every night. Rooms sparsely decorated with no where to put anything in the bathroom. Tea facilities in the room but no coffee. Not enough seating in bar area if not with children. Most of staff accommodating but outside bar lady needs a customer care course.

We spent five nights in a standard 7th-floor double room. The room was bright, modern (generically appealing), soundproof, spacious and comfortable, accommodating my and my mum's needs. Although, personally, the bed (a queen rather than double) was more on the firmer side for us. The en-suite was lovely and sizeable, with a shower (walk-in) and toilet entered through one main door but segregated by a sliding door, which provided us with enough privacy and convenience. There was an entryway before you entered the main room/bedroom, which was unexpected and significant to have—it made the space feel like a small apartment. Our balcony side-viewed the ocean/poolside and Main Street (pleasant noise, no traffic congestion whatsoever), which provided picturesque views and the most calming/relaxing sounds from both ends, especially in the evenings. The balcony was a great size and comfortably accommodated us with room to spare. The dividers were reasonable but weren’t fully opaque. Fortunately, our neighbours didn't use their balcony area, so we saw and heard very little from either side. The facilities in the room were sufficient for us, in good condition, easy to access and worked well, and the cleanliness of the entire room was spotless to the eye. The hotel's facilities and communal areas were grand and plentiful. An abundance of areas/chill-out spots both indoors and out, which cater to both large and small gatherings and different view intakes.

Nice balcony - looks like all rooms have a balcony. Very few vegetarian options, and even fewer vegan. No soya or oat milk for coffee. Frequent busses (take cash not cards). The swimming pools not any good for swimming.

Very rude, unhelpful staff.

Very rude reception staff, not a smile to be seen whilst he insisted that I spent ages downloading my booking on my phone and then sending an email to the reception. Ridiculous! Went to use the SPA, greeted by a seriously unhelpful, rude woman who insisted that we could not be given a towel to use in the Spa without a €20 cash deposit. Had arrived at the Spa in just my bikini and bathrobe - why would I carry cash?? I had my bank card with me and offered to pay the deposit on my card. She insisted not possible, cash only!! Why?? What kind of fiddle is she up to? Eventually she literally threw two towels at us and rudely said OK then. Ruined my supposedly tranquil SPA experience.

Erg groot hotel met all-inclusive concept

Kamer was goed. Gerenoveerd en nette badkamer en ruim. Toiletten bij de bar/lobby zijn zwaar gedateerd. Hele ongezellige grote ruimte bij de bar. Omdat het hotel ook volpension/all-inclusive concept heeft is het daar ‘s middags enn’s avonds heel massaal en druk. Lange rijen voor de bar. Iedereen moet ook bij inchecken een bandje dragen. Vind ik vreselijk maar hoort bij dat concept. Niet mijn ding. Ontbijt erg uitgebreid maar ook heeeeel massaal.

Das Hotel liegt ein wenig ausserhalb. Aber es hat eine Bushaltestelle vor dem Hotel wie auch Taxis, (Bolt und Uber) Das Personal freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Zimmer sehr gross und sauber. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Fantástico

O hotel é fantástico, uma piscina para as crianças que a minha filha adorou. Praias a 2 minutos a pé todo o staf super simpático e atencioso. A comida é excelente e bastante escolha. O quarto bastante espaçoso e a cama enorme!

Queriamos celebrar nuestro 26 aniversario y sin duda fue un acierto elegir este hotel nuestra sorpresa fue que al comentarlo en recepcion nos obsequiaron con una botella de cava, todo un detalle digno de agradecer en general todo de 10 tanto el trato como las instalaciones y las medidas anti-covid sin duda volveremos a repetir.

Ha sido justo lo que estaba buscando. Habitación actual, amplia, bien distribuida, completa, cómoda y con unas vistas fantásticas, al menos en la que me tocó a mi en la Torre Marbella. Aparcamiento subterráneo de 8 plantas conectado por una pasarela hasta el hall del hotel. Aparcamiento gratuito. Muy cómodo para poder utilizar el coche cuando lo necesites, hay que tener en cuenta que está un poco más retirado de las zonas más comerciales que el resto de hoteles. Acceso directo desde jardines a dos “playas” de agua transparente y muy limpia, recomiendo llevar escarpines porque no son de arena. Dos zonas de piscina, con servicio de toallas. Una de ellas consta de una piscina infantil con toboganes y otra piscina para adultos ambas rodeadas de hamacas y camas tipo balinesas, y otra zona con dos piscinas conectadas entre sí a dos niveles y rodeada de jardines también con hamacas disponibles, en esta última suelen estar los huéspedes sin niños, ambas zonas con vistas al mar. En general todas la instalaciones estan muy limpias. El trato de todo el personal ha sido fantástico, muy amables y atentos. Bajo mi punto de vista ha sido todo un acierto y sin duda me gustaría repetir.

Et dejligt hotel

Overordnet var et det fint hotel, hvor alt stort set fungerede. Vi havde bestilt et værelse med fuld havudsigt, og det fik vi i høj grad. En pragtfuld udsigt fra 6. sal! Det var skønt med et poolområde uden børn under 16 for os, der ikke har små børn.

Take a superior room - the terrace and sea views are certainly worth it. We liked the location - pretty local an quiet. The hotel has nice pools ad gardens, the public beach is small, but close and nice. The breakfast buffet is good, the dinner OK, but good value. Sometimes the hotel seems to have issues with bad smells in corridors.
