Shabby digs, worn furnishings, dirty walls, insect infested-little bugs and centipedes in suite, hard mattresses, worn linen and towels, limited kitchen, difficult to get hot water. 1km walk to the street and shuttle bus with limited schedule. Staff tried to make it tolerable. Superb views and pool area but shabby out there too.

Top class apartments.

Friendly, secure and comfortable apartments. Had everything you might need and very service minded staff. Pool area calm and relaxing. Cleaning perfect, view amazing. Close to beaches and other attractions.

Great place to stay for a week or more

great apartment - espcially the bed wad good when you have a back condition Not much equipment for the kitchen missed bowls, wineglasses and the pots were poor - missed a top of the small one great to have access to an almost private (it was in february) swimmingpool and terrasse The view from our own terrasse would have been just perfect if it the tree in front of the building had been cut down

Quiet and set back from the main action. Amazing view of the Mediterranean. Difficult to access the building with bracelet key. Spa was closed Tuesday and no notice of this. Spa waters and sauna's were not very hot, more temperate climate. I left my razor in the bathroom. when I returned the next day the attendee would not let me poke my head in to double check, insisting it was likely thrown out.

Very pleased with everything, especially when awful repetitive music at pool area turned off when requested. Overall cleanliness excellent with only one exception - covers on large sunbeds. Also, my stepdaughter cannot swim so could not go into pool at apartments as no shallow end. These only small niggles as total stay enjoyable and staff wonderful apart from one receptionist who didn't even apologise that our entry chips were disabled 2 days early. All other receptionists apart from her were friendly and helpful.

Once we arrived at Casamaia, we were given a room that was not cleaned. The floor was dirty (fake nail and dirt), the chairs as well as the table and the bathroom consol were very dusty and dirty. We went down to the reception and told them that the room was not cleaned and that we request a thorough cleaning of the room. The cleaning was done about 30 minutes later but to our great surprise, only the floor was cleaned. The chairs, the bathroom and the tables were still very dirty. We had the come down a second time to the reception and request a room change which was given to us. The reception gentleman was extremely non-chalant and didn’t really care about the situation and didn’t even apologize for the uncleanliness. However, we were accompanied during our visits of the rooms by an extremely nice and professional cleaning lady (loubna) who felt very empathetic towards the situation. This is very unfortunate since the property is nice (view, pool area, safety). Also, the AC was not working on our last night and many ants in the room.

Great hotel

Have stayed her 4 times now, 3 times as a hotel and this time as self catering - have to say the place was just as good, it was so quiet and relaxing, we will go back again hopefully soon!

Our overall stay was great. Some positive criticism would be; mention the baths are extra and not included in our stay. There should be more amenities included in the apartment. For example, dish towel to dry dishes, wine glasses, scissors, salad bowl etc… Special thank you to Raymond at ReWo front desk. He went out of his way to answer our requests. He was amazing.

WARNING! Booked short stay in apartment with hot tub on arrival (evening) the light did not work on the terrace and the hot tub was cold. Raised issue with Expedia and hotel (sent pictures) , day two and three of stay same issue of hot tub not heating up albeit light now working on terrace. Expedia did nothing to resolve the issue and hotel said engineer would resolve….still 5 weeks after complaining hotel have denied the hot tub wasn’t working - DESPITE PHOTOS date marked sent. Add to this unkept terrace with weeds growing and plug unattached dangerously in bathroom. Expedia have no influence to replace anything with the hotel.

Nice apartment with view

Large apartment with nice view over the sea/beach. We had a penthouse with a large terrasse and jacuzzi. Unfurtunally we could´nt enjoy the view form the jacuzzi which was working ok. The pool was clean, but the water was freezing. If you want to use the wellness area you have to pay and only be able to use it for 90 min. - It should be included. We had breakfast at the next door hotel included which was very good. The cleaning only ok - There was to many ants in our apartment. Nice and friendly management.

We felt very cheated by this accommodation. Be aware. We booked this accommodation specifically because of the pictures on Expedia and elsewhere of its Spa. The Spa was not only closed but in terrible state looking like it had been shut down ages ago due to hygienic reasons. Additionally the shuttle bus came very infrequently (you are on top of a hill with no amenities) and the only neighbouring resort which was open, the Polynesia Hotel, had overpriced buffet food catered to English guests. No Spanish food or supermarkets nearby.

Godt hotel

Hotellets adresse er ikke korrekt på Hotels.com. Det ligger på Avenida Del Sol nr 195 Hotellet ligger i et lukket område med 3 andre hoteller. Der er adgang til faciliteterne og underholdningen på de andre hoteller - og spisning mod betaling. Gode lejligheder med skøn udsigt. Gåafstand til stranden. Dejligt roligt hotel (med forfærdelig musik ved poolen) Godt hotel for voksne + større børn. Personalet er over det hele fantastisk imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Gode parkeringsmuligheder. Internet fungerer upåklageligt. Rengøring i top inde som ude.

Nydelig design, omgivelser og spektakulær utsikt

Casamaïa er et nydelig leilighetshotell, med en slående vakker utsikt. Dessverre så led bygget og omgivelsene under litt manglende vedlikehold, men det kan kanskje være fordi vi var der like før sesongen starter? Leilighetshotellet ligger som en del av et større resort (Holiday World), inne på et inngjerdet område. Stille og tilbaketrukken beliggenhet, trygt og godt bevoktet. Hele Holiday World er gjennomført i uttrykk og stil, og oppleves luksuriøst, men avslappet. Om du ønsker å utforske nærområdet, så er det gode muligheter for dette, men da bør du tåle å bruke beina. Det er nydelige turområder rundt resorten, og det er en fantastisk strandpromenade som går hele veien til enden av Fuengirola i den en retningen, og til Benalmadena i den andre retningen. Rommet kunne hatt godt av en real nedvask. Bruksoverflatene var rene, men det var mye skitt i krinker og kroker. SPA’et likeså- ga et slitent inntrykk, og burde vært bedre vedlikeholdt. Steinharde senger, men pluss for at det var dyne, og ikke bare laken å sove med. Resepsjonstjenesten på nabohotellet fungerte utmerket, og servicen jevnt over på hele resorten var veldig god! Alle ansatte vi var i kontakt med var hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Vi prøvde fasilitetene på de andre hotellene (bla. basseng og restaurant), og ble imponert over hvor godt alle tilbudene skalerte til så mange gjester. Vi ga tilbakemelding til verten om vårt syn på renholdet, og ble møtt med takknemlighet og kompensasjon. Vi reiser gjerne tilbake!
