DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT WIFI OR PLENTIFUL HOT WATER - bathroom door didn't shut and shower head kept detaching and soaking the whole area. Had to keep turning water on and off to get hot shower.

Ingen städning och reception

Det fanns ingen reception. Bara ett telefonnummer kl 11-18. Det skulle va städning flera gånger i veckan men de kom aldrig. När vi väl ringde och undrade så sa de att de varit och städat men det var lögn. Till slut fick vi rena handdukar iaf. Kackerlackor i kök och vardagsrum!

Ikke pengene værd

Rummelig lejlighed med god terrasse. Desværre rigtig mange små fejl og mangler i lejligheden. Vi var i lejligheden for 3 år siden og de samme fejl og mangler var stadig tilstede, trods de let kan rettes op. Sengene er meget hårde, afløbet i badet var tilstoppet, håndtag på dørene mv sad løst. Det var desuden facade renovering hele ugen hvilket gjorde at der var larm fra maskiner hele ugen og at vi ikke kunne benytte teressen eller åbne døre/vinduer i 1 1/2 dag, da der blev højtryks spulet på vores lejligheds facade og terrasse. Vi var ikke orienteret om dette på forhånd. Det oplyste kontakt nummer eksisterede ikke, så måtte have hjælp af hotels.com for at kunne komme i kontakt med udlejer og aftale afhentning af nøgler. Billede af pools og faciliteter svarer ikke til det man reelt kan benytte.

Ihan perusok paikka. Viihtyvyyteen ei ollut panostettu, ei mattoja, tauluja, mitään sisustuselementtiä. Keittiö ovi viittävaille tippumassa, saranoita irti ja haljennut. "Kaverini tulee sen korjaamaan", sanottiin, eipä näkynyt. Kahvi pitää keittää kaapissa koska pistoketta ei muualla ole. Mikro oli, johdon kera, mutta ei pistoketta keittiössä sillekkään. Tallelokero oli komeron perällä lattialla, rikkinäisenä. Minun aikanani mitään allasbaaria ei ollut, luukut kiinni. Ilmoittakaa saapumisaika ja varautukaa siihen, että jos olette myöhässä niin toimistossa ei ole ketään, silloin pitää englantia osata soittamalla että paikan päälle tullaan. Tullessani paikalle sain avaimet käteen, opastuksen niiden käytöön ja se oli siinä, mitään ei kerrottu.

The photos are abit misleading as some are from an adjacent property. Having said that the apartment was clean and spacious and we were happy with it. Would consider staying there again.

Was booked in for 2 weeks but due to coronsvirus stayed for 5 nights as flights home were cancelled so had to fly home early after first two nights spain went into lockdown as we were in apartment we had no information from reception about what was happening thought they could have gave us information about what we should be doing .

Un établissement super sympa, avec un accueil idéal pour des touristes étrangers. L’appartement est situé près de la plage et a proximité entre le château de Bil-Bil et le port. Si vous souhaitez vous promener il y a un arrêt de bus à 200m permettant d’aller à Malaga, Marbella, Torremolinos...

There was a €20 euro charge for checking in after 4pm. The room was clean but maybe a little tired rot to bottom of doors etc. Also woke every night by cockerels at around 2 am

Es un buen apartamento y grande, en una urbanización cerrada y tranquila. Fue fácil el estacionamento fuera del recinto, ya que hay bastante. Está al lado de la playa en una zona estupenda y es un buen apartamento para pasar unos días.

Well Located Apartment

The apartment is well located for the beach; promenade; park and bus stop. The park is a must. The apartment is fairly well kitted out, however there is a need for some mugs to be provided. The apartment was bright and roomy with a balcony to the lounge area benefitting from the afternoon/evening sun although it overlooked the busy main road. The apartment was noisy due to the road and cockerels (4a.m.) and would benefit from double glazing. The bed albeit very firm we found reasonably comfortable and the linen was always clean and fresh. The bathroom included a shower over the bath with a curtain. This is tired and in need of refurbishment with cracked tiles on the walls an old suite and crack to basin. The shower curtain was moldy around the edges and not expensive to change on a regular basis. The cleaning therein was extremely poor with green deposits around the taps and mold on the tiles. The kitchen shows its age and could do with refurbishment. The details that let the apartment down in our opinion was the poor cleaning throughout and was easily seen as I wear white sport socks and within a short period of time the bottoms were filthy. This is a must for rectification as it let the whole apartment down. The grounds were well kept. At reception on check-in we advised a need to check-out before the office opened and were advised to go back the day before, however we found it continually closed even though the sign advised it would be open, this needs to be rectified.

Pueblo Quinta

Room was cleaned well on arrival apart from the patio where we had to sweep and clean the furniture. Fixtures and fittings within the apartment are in need of an upgrade though. Cups were so stained we went out and bought some mugs. Plenty of hot water available all the time and the modern air conditioning unit was useful during the week.

Nice Apartments Close To Park

Have stayed at these apartments before and have always had an apartment that was of high standard. This time we were given an apartment that was very tired, cold and in need of TCL. Advertised as having facilities such as safe etc but non there. Nobody at reception to ask which was never open had to call a number left on the door for the key when we arrived. Would we stay at Pueblo Quinta again yes, however there are two companies who run them. Next time would definitely book Royal Oasis Pueblo Quinta as far better experience.

Kylmä huoneisto, jääkylmä uima-allas. Kuvista saa käsityksen että jossain on sisäuima-allas ja kuntosali, ne eivät kuulu tähän huoneistohotelliin. 9pv perheen kera viivyttiin. Sänky tuoksahti pissulta ja sohva nihkeän ummehtunut. Huoneisto oli varattu viidelle + vauva, sänkyjä neljä + vauvasänky. Plussaa sijainnista. Olosuhteet ehkä toiset kesällä, nyt lomamme sijoittui marraskuun loppuun.

Disappointing check-in experience

Flight was delayed so didn't get to Resort till after 5pm. The Reservation office was closed and no phone number to contact, to check in An adjoining office very helpfully made several phone calls to contact the resort office to enable us to check in. Had to pay 20 euros for being late!! when we eventually got into our accommodation, it was spacious, clean and value for money.

Good, apart from check in

We've stayed here before so know the apartments and the area both of which are fine. We were disappointed that there was no representation on our arrival (a Sunday) - the previous office had moved and the one we learned was to be used (from Diamond Resorts concierge) was closed. It wasn't very clear that we had to ring a local number to have keys delivered and we had no phone signal anyway. It was only the generosity of the Diamond Resorts staff that rescued us - and it amounted to something like an hour or more wondering what we should do. We also had to pay €20 to the man who delivered the key - an unexpected charge for arriving on a Sunday. So all in all a traumatic check in - we will be sure to find out about the arrangements next time, if we choose to use the website again.
