The best thing about this place honestly was the staff. They let me check in early because my room is ready and they let me check out late as a courtesy and it helped my family tremendously. That is how it always should be with a top level hotel or resort. Those little things help me tremendously and now I’ll be going there for many many years to come.

The aqatic center was the highlight of our stay. Especially enjoyed the outdoor pools. The room itself was nice and tidy. The walls are a little thinner then i expected but it did not cause much of an inconvenience. Overall lovely stay.

This is a great family or couple escape destination. Our room was very private but when out we saw many kids and people to talk and play with. Our kids had a lot of fun in the winter warm inside pool and lazy river with a slide. It was perfect to sit in the hot tub and watch him play. The rooms are great I’m not a loft person but we made it work. Great stay great plac!

Beautiful property and accommodation in a lovely natural setting. Service is very good and everything is modern and well maintained. Comfortable beds, seasonal decor was wonderful touch as were the fireplaces in winter. The Cove pool was fun for our 3 year old. A few extra touches would make it even better such as more child friendly accessories such as step stools in bathrooms, game rentals/room and bath robes.
