Value for money as a nice 5 start hotel next to Manipal hospital. Friendly staff. Good food and spacious rooms. Bathroom is functional rather than luxurious.

Basically all was wonderful and I would anytime return to the location. It is a old hotel with style, little vintage bathrooms (those need a tiny bit of attention to shine as bright as everything else in the hotel). One tip to make the furniture: Mix some chairs without armrests into the seating arrangements, so also tall and broad people feel more comfortable sitting down. But once again, the hotel is great and the staff is more than welcoming.

The infrastructure is old, but what it lacks in infra Sterling Mac makes it up in amenities, service, food quality and location. The amenities in the room were top notch, the service - from the front desk to the restaurant - was amazing. Shout out to Mr. Murali in the restaurant for being an amazing host during our meals. The food quality is great and the location even better. Definitely recommend Sterling Mac to visitors to Bangalore

I was visiting Bangalore to see a friend, stopped 2 nights. Rooms clean and comfortable. As a solo traveller the meal portion sizes are to big for one person. To me this hotel appeared to more for business people, not that this was an issue for me but might not suit someone wishing to visit The city as a tourist.

I have booked this property for my parents, my father had a knee replacement surgery at manipal hospital and this hotel was closest to the hospital, booked without any second thought. Service provided throughout the check-in and stay was top notch, all the people at the front desk and restaurants were courteous and helpful. My parents stayed here for 9 days, all the days they felt safe. Buffet breakfast option is fantastic and lot to choose from. I would recommend this hotel and would visit again. Thank you Sterling for my making my parents stay memorable.

We recently stayed at this hotel during our medical trip, and the experience exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The food was also a highlight—delicious, fresh, and with a good variety of options. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal was enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we would highly recommend this hotel. Their care and attention to detail truly made a difference. If we ever go back we don’t have to think twice about our stay.

Good Option for Stay

Overall comfortable stay. No issues , nice and clean property, bit old though. Maintained properly. Staff was very good, especially customer experience managers present in floor to ensure Guests comfortness during breakfast. Nice Don't think is a 5 star property as being listed by Google/Hotels.com website. but still decent option to stay.
