“Highly recommend. Good location if you've hired a car, easy access. Only 10mins from Oliva Nova Met. Plenty of shops and eating places within walking distance. Breakfast and evening meal good in the restaurant. Staff helpfull and friendly. Rooms very clean. Only complaint is they should have tea/coffee/ biscuit facilities in rooms, you had to ask for a kettle, which they will provide. So remember to take your own.”

“Essentially there were zero amenities but that seems to be primarily due to the historic nature of the building. Property was a spotless and quaintly beautiful, exceptional staff.”

“The hotel was very clean,room was lovely and spacious.As a solo guest I felt very safe and the staff were friendly Spa was amazing and relaxing. The breakfast was good but the food at dinner was not as hot as it could be and not too many choices but it was early in the season.”

“Vrij nieuw groot hotel, luxe uitstraling, mooi zwembad, heel uitgebreid ontbijt, grote kamer. Ontbijten kon pas om 8.00 uur. De gasten stonden in de rij te wachten voor een dichte deur. Douchen doe je in de kamer.. en de wc is zo klein, dat je naast de wc moet staan om de deur te openen.”

“The room was fine, but the terraces are not private AT ALL! The room next door to us was super loud until very late, which was not optimal. The parking was extra, the breakfast was extra and the pool area was much smaller than it appeared in photos. Also, there was literally a huge building being constructed right outside our window, which completely blocked our beach view. However, it is very close to the beach and you can walk to lots of restaurants and shops”

“3rd trip to the Serawa. Excellent small hotel with amazing staff. Joanna on reception is an asset to any business and is very very helpful. And Vania and Carmen made every breakfast fun and friendly. All of the guys in the kitchen help make what I can only say is my favourite breakfast. The gardeners are also very friendly and have done a fantastic job. The pool area does need some attention. New sunloungers and a bit of money spent on the poolside itself”

“The service (Stephanie and others) was outstanding! They made us feel welcome from the moments we walked in the door. The welcome glass of cava was a lovely surprise. We sat on the rooftop terrace one afternoon and felt quite spoiled when the delivered wine to us even though we were quite happy to carry it ourselves. We felt quite spoiled! The room was clean and lovely and the bed and pillows were extremely comfy. We will definitely return next year. A wonderful time in Altea! ”
