"The accommodation was very clean and well-equipped. It is highly convenient as there is a supermarket right next to the accommodation that stays open until midnight (12 AM). The only minor downsides were that no mouthwash cups were provided, and one of the rooms didn't have enough space to fully open a suitcase. Aside from that, we were satisfied with everything. "The stay at KAI Beppu was nothing short of amazing. It was my first time in Beppu, and staying at KAI made the experience truly memorable. The sea-view shakkei was beautiful and definitely the highlight. The room was well-sized, and the indoor onsen was a godsend. The kaiseki meals were also delicious, and choosing the half-board option was a great decision. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always smiling. I would definitely come back and explore more KAI and Hoshino Resorts...
