The apartment is very clean (most important for me). The location is excellent. Close to everything in Bergen. Kitchen was small but fine. Highly recommend this place.

We felt very at home at this guesthouse. It was very roomy for two and it was simple in design so it was relaxing. The grocery store is so close - so we were able to get what we needed and relax between adventures. The neighborhood was great - mostly quiet with people running and walking dogs. The apt is very close to the city center.We were also able to do our laundry after 11 days of hiking, which was great. We left today and honestly I miss it already.

The location was absolutely amazing. It is located right behind St. Mary’s Church in the Bryygen We were there for the National Holiday and it started with the National anthem and drums right out our window behind the church. Corks not have picked a better spot for this trip.

Great place with an amazing view of Historical Church. In a quiet neighborhood with a local feel and an easy 5min walk to the Harbor. Good space with 9 and 12 yr old, each having their own room.

The Perfect Spot

The Kling Apartment is equipped with everything we might want. The living area and porch were perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking. Quiet and comfortable. Restaurant suggestions provided were spot on; I think we enjoyed at least four of them. The location is up and away from the hubbub in the major tourist area.

Clear and prompt arrival instructions which is very much appreciated. Property was slightly smaller than pics make it look but it was just right for 3 of us. This apartment was beautiful and quaint, situated just behind Bryggen, making easy access to all the fun stuff! The view from the living room overlooks St Mary’s Church and was delightful to look at while having morning tea in the little courtyard. I would highly recommend this place. Super cute and made mom happy:)

Book it! We stayed in the Keliven unit. It was more space than our family of four needed, and the location can’t be beat. It was an easy walk to everything we wanted to tour, or to a train stop (even for our six year old’s short legs). The unit is very clean, the beds/bedding are comfortable, there are thoughtful touches throughout for guests, plus there’s a washer/dryer combo in the unit! You can tell that the owners have done their upmost to provide an enjoyable stay for their guests. The location is in the historic area, and it’s full of charm. I highly recommend staying here! Loved it!!

Most of the reviews I read about this place were accurate in saying the location is absolutely fantastic. It was very hard to beat. We were able to walk to anything and everything we wanted to. The only real downside was that it's a very narrow staircase to get to the apartment, and once I'm in the apartment, there is an even narrower staircase to get up to the bedrooms. The one bedroom is fine, but the other two bedrooms have rather small beds. Initially, we were planning on having anoter couple staying with us, and that would not have worked very well. It just ended up being the two of us, and of course we didn't need the extra bedrooms, so everything was fine. Had there been other couples, it would have been very difficult for them to have slept in the smaller beds. Once again, it was very tricky to get suitcases up and down the two staircases.

This is an amazing property owned and managed by an amazing couple. The property is great for families with kids. It's located in very nice residential area within minutes away from city centre and all attractions. If we ever return to Bergen, we will definitely stay here again.
