โI was really impressed by this property and the city it's in, Bergish Gladbach. First, the hotel is owned and managed by the son of the original owner. It is a well cared for establishment, which sits on the west side of Bergish Gladbach on the edge of a forest that surrounds the city. โNous sommes allรฉs en hiver pendant les marchรฉs de Noรซl. Le cadre est idyllique. Notre vue sur la chambre รฉtait surprenante.
Nous avons รฉtรฉ trรจs bien accueillis. Nous รฉtions dans une suite familiale lit en baldaquin chacun avait son espace autant les enfants que les adultes. Lโespace ne manquait pas.

โFound it difficult to find information about facilities etc during stay. No info in room and unable to find dinner menu on TV.
Thought dining room shut for lunch as entrance looked deserted as opposed to breakfast which ( we did not choose) was served by door. Reception staff helpful with car parking but failed at check out to give garage exit card so spent sometime trying to work out system before returning to reception to ask for help.
