The rooms are spacious, washrooms nice. All amenities including refrigerator, tea kettle, smart TV etc. Pool was nice. Loation good, just overlooking the lake. Service was prompt, daily housekeeping done. All in all, we had a good 3 days stay.

The staff was incredibly cordial, helpful and courteous. It really made a difference. Additionally, every single food item we had at the palace restaurant was absolutely delicious. Our time flew by at the palace and on the day of departure we were left wishing we’d stayed 2 nights at the palace.
