Soweit alles ok. Hygiene Sauberkeit war mangelhaft. Rezeption ist nicht wie in der Beschreibung dauerhaft besetzt... konnten somit unseren check out erst später als geplant machen

Separate bathroom

The toilet is separated from the room. Although it’s technically classed as a private bathroom you have to unlock a side door, walk through an open hallway - with a water boiler and fire exit on the left - and then unlock the bathroom door. It’s ok for me but for some people, this wouldn’t feel private.

- Standardzimmer runtergekommen und verbaut, sehr klein, dunkel, hellhörig, Fenster defekt, eher Hostelstandard - Badezimmer zu eng, Waschbecken über Toilette montiert - Sauberkeit des Standartzimmer okay - Frühstück in Ordnung, zu wenig Plätze für die Gäste (anstehen) - Personal teilweise unprofessionell

Very, Very disappointed, We was driving from Norway and we book this hotel because Hotel.com advertise this hotel as a 4 star hotel, with a free breakfast and a free parking but this is just a catch. This Hotel is not a 4 star Hotel, this hotel is more like a Hostel, it has a cheap, very limited continental breakfast and fore sure a free parking where ever you find where it’s allowed on the streets around the Hotel. Please don’t believe Hotels.com and accept all the hotels that they advertise like a Good Hotel and please if you want a Good Hotel in Berlin, stay away from this Hotel please.

Di buono la posizione. Di negativo i letti singoli dopo aver prenotato un matrimoniale e sentirsi dire che dovevo provvedere da solo a spostarli per avvicinarli. Il wifi è assente. Non c'è un frigorifero. Non c'è un bollitore. Il personale della reception parla a stento un po'di inglese e non è professionale... sembra abbastanza improvvisato.

Das Zimmer: Fenster offen =Laut Fenster geschlossen =stickig die Einrichtung spartanisch das k.. - braune Design sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig Frühstück: billige Wurst und Käse, statt Saft nur die wässrige Necktarvariante, 15 Cent Brötchen etc. Für eine Nacht na ja,... ich war 2 und hab diese über mich ergehen lassen.

Det var bestilt som sleep-over på vej fra Bukarest til København. Vi kom tidligere fra Bukarest end forventet. Efter 18 timers kørsel var vi i Berlin kl. 11:00 Lidt trætte, men opsat på at fortsætte direkte til København. Vi kunne ikke få refunderet værelset, og det er sådan set OK, men … Vi ville gerne i bad, men det kunne sandelig ikke lade sig gøre. MIT værelse var ikke klart …. Jeg forstår at det ikke var klart, men: De kunne leje værelset ud igen, og det eneste vi ønskede var et sted at tage et bad. Om det så var personalebaderummet var lige meget, men nej. Jeg måtte "koge" videre til Kbh, og min rejsefælle kunne små-lugte i toget til Düsseldorf. Det var lidt ØV ØV

Alles war gut. Nur schade, dass wir schon morgens um halb vier auschecken mussten (Flugtermin) und wir trotz Ankündigung unserer Frühabreise für 4 Personen das Frühstück bezahlen mussten.

Hidden price

Hi! If we arrivale to hotel then retseption said you have doubel bed and sofa. We travel with family 4 person 2 adult+2children. And you must pay extra bed and more city tax. But i check in hotels.com its prise with all taxis. But admin said a i dont care you must pay more. Our hotels cost 270 eur + 72 eur extra mony. Normal is if i see price in hotels.com its all inc. tax and everithing its not good if you arrivale to hotel and you must pay extra.

Uns hat diese Unterkunft nicht gefallen. Rezeptzionistin sehr unfreundlich. Die Betten, wie auch die Schlafcouch in einem ungenügendem Zustand-sehr unbequem und stark durchgelegen. So das wir kaum geschlafen haben bzw mit Rückenschmerzen von diesem Aufenthalt Heim gekehrt sind. Der Frühstücksraum mit Stühlen überfüllt, sehr enges zusammen sitzen. Das Bufett war Mittelklasse, Brötchen ließen zu Wünschen übrig.Für das Geld die Nacht ist man in einer Jugendherberge besser aufgehoben-besseres Schlafkomfort uns ausgiebiges Frühstück, gerade für Kinder.

Det tråkiga var att jag bokat ett rum för två barn, men ett par dagar innan ankomst begärde de ytterligare 20 € för andra barnet! Försökte nå Hotels.com i flera dagar men gick inte komma fram. Mycket tråkig fasad på hotellet men hotellrummet var fint! Frukosten enkel men ok.
